Every piece is made by hand in my workshop in Wiltshire using traditional hand tools.

Returns

Unused items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact me before returning anything.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Handmade Character

Wood is a natural material.

Variations in grain, colour, texture, knots and subtle tool marks are part of the character of handmade work and should not be considered defects.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.

I'll always do my best to put things right.
